El personal que atiende es muy prepotente o faltó de calidez al atender, quizás por qué tienen mucha actividad ahorita con la pandemia, a ver más a delante cuando no estén tan saturados quizás les de otra oportunidad y veremos si el personal es más accesible.
The truth is, if it weren't because oxygen is needed right now, I wouldn't want to go. The staff that attends is very pushy or lacked warmth when attending, perhaps because they have a lot of activity right now with the pandemic, to see more ahead when they are not so saturated, perhaps they will be given another opportunity and we will see if the staff is more accessible.
