★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestamente tienen muchos detalles que afinar en cuanto atencion al cliente se refiere. Les falta mucha calidad humana, sobretodo en estos tiempos. Les falta entender que con esta pandemia las personas estan asustadas y las personas que acuden a ellos van muy alteradas, preocupadas e incluso asustadas. Tacto es lo que nececitan para poder explicar los requisitos y paciencia porque no todos entendemos rapido, y menos si tenemos una preocupacion tan grande como un familiar tan enfermo que ocupe de los servicios de esta empresa.
They honestly have a lot of details to fine-tune in terms of customer service. They lack a lot of human quality, especially in these times. They need to understand that with this pandemic people are scared and the people who come to them are very upset, worried and even scared. Tact is what they need to be able to explain the requirements and patience because not all of us understand quickly, and less if we have a concern as big as a family member so ill that he takes care of the services of this company.
