★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deben de tener mejor atención a los clientes, ya que el personal están acostumbrados a tratar con choferes cargadores y lo visitan Médicos personas mayores enfermos. Así que deben tener alguien en atención al cliente en cada suc. Mínimo como en Tacubaya.
They should have better customer service, since the staff are used to dealing with loader drivers and are visited by sick elderly doctors. So they must have someone in customer service at every suc. Minimum as in Tacubaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio, el personal muy atento y preparado siempre me han tratado bien, algo que causa indignación es que sea una empresa tan grande y remunerada y solamente tengan a una persona trabajando en ese infra, deberían contratar a otro más. Soy cliente de hace años y mis últimas visitas veo bastante gente comprando y es más lento el servicio por el joven que tiene que atender demasiadas personas, al igual el teléfono no lo contestan, la culpa no es del personal que atiende, es de la empresa que no contrata más personal para atender ojalá mejoren eso
Excellent service, very attentive and prepared staff have always treated me well, something that causes outrage is that it is such a large and remunerated company and they only have one person working on that infra, they should hire another one. I have been a customer for years and my last visits I see quite a lot of people shopping and the service is slower because of the young person who has to attend to too many people, just like the phone is not answered, the fault is not from the staff who attend, it is from the company who does not hire more staff to attend, hopefully they improve that
