★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El encargado del sabado el señor Carlos Alberto Altamira no quiso llenar mi tanque de oxigeno porque no iba alcanzar hacerlo antes de su hora de salida, yo llegue a la 1:50pm y cerraban a las 2:00pm , le comente que era una emergencia porque tengo una persona que necesita estar con oxigeno porque depende de su vida, y no le intereso, dijo que no podia hacerlo. Me parece que deberían capacitar más a su personal para que pudiesen entender el producto que están vendiendo y su consumidor.
The person in charge of Saturday, Mr. Carlos Alberto Altamira, did not want to fill my oxygen tank because he was not going to be able to do it before his departure time, I arrived at 1:50 pm and they closed at 2:00 pm, I told him that it was an emergency because I have a person who needs to be on oxygen because it depends on his life, and he is not interested, he said that he could not do it. It seems to me that they should further train their staff so that they can understand the product they are selling and their consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pase a comprar unas piezas y la cortina estaba entre abierta (1:28PM) y le comenté a la persona que quería unas piezas y me dijo que estaba cerrado y le comenté que el horario que tienen es hasta las 2:00pm y me dijo que no que era hasta la 1:30 y le dije que aún no era el horario y me comentó que por cierre de mes habían cerrado más temprano.
La verdad no entendí y no pude comprar lo que requería.
I went to buy some pieces and the curtain was between open (1:28 PM) and I told the person that I wanted some pieces and he told me that it was closed and I told him that the schedule they have is until 2:00 pm and he told me that not that it was until 1:30 and I told him that it was not yet the schedule and he told me that by the end of the month they had closed earlier.
I didn't really understand and I couldn't buy what I needed.

Y yo fui entre semana igual por una emergencia llegue tarde y no iba a alcazar a llenar mi tanque de oxigeno pero el encargado si quiso lo cual le agradezco cerro todo y se espero para darme mi tanque lleno. Que dios lo bendiga y que nunca cambie. Es bien amable y atiende perfecto.
The treatment has always been kind and punctual and they sell everything about protection and gas. And I went during the week the same for an emergency, I was late and I was not going to fill my oxygen tank but the manager did want to, which I thank him for, he closed everything and he waited to give me my tank full. May God bless you and may it never change. He is very kind and serves perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les pido de la manera más atenta que quien se haya llevado un tanque de oxígeno a nombre de Maite Moragrega, no los regrese. No es de nosotros. Yo lo lleve a rellenar el día 19 de enero y el día se hoy voy para recogerlo y resulta que no está. Tristemente solo nos avala la foto de que dejas tu tanque para rellenar.
I ask you in the most attentive way that whoever has taken an oxygen tank in the name of Maite Moragrega, does not return them. It is not from us. I took it to fill it out on January 19 and today I go to pick it up and it turns out that it is not there. Sadly, we are only supported by the photo that you leave your tank to fill.

The schedule that is published here is a lie. They made me come from far away here it says they close at 2 on Saturdays and I arrive and it closes 20 minutes before 2. Terrible
