★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está un poco larga mi historia, a mi papá le dieron oxígeno por parte del seguro, y en la noche del viernes mi madre se puso grave y tuve que usar el oxígeno de mi papá en lo que llegaba la ambulancia por ella, total que el sábado en la tarde logré hablar con una persona de Infra para ver si me podía surtir los tanques porque me daba miedo que el fin de semana mi papá se quedará sin oxígeno, me dijo que si, y amablemente abrió solo para surtirme, pero me iba a cobrar el oxígeno porque no se había usado en el paciente... Le pague los dos tanques y cuando llegue a casa, quince conectar uno para alguna urgencia tenerlo listo y Vi que no estaba lleno, cheque el otro y estaba igual. Uno tenía 1000 libras y el otro 500 , de 2000 libras que tenían que llevar cada tanque. Pues le llamé al señor y dice que en ovaciones pasa, pero que no me preocupara, que el lunes arregla amos eso. Pues gracias a Dios mi papá no utilizo nada de oxígeno, así que devolví los tanques tal cual me los dieron. El señor me regresó el costo de uno por el error y me cobró otro por haber utilizado los que el seguro me dió en mi madre en lugar de mi papá... Les comento para que chequen sus tanques... Si responde Infra en caso de algún error... Solo hay que estar atentos...
