★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a preguntar si de casualidad rentaban un concentrador de oxígeno y todo lo que hizo la señorita que estaba atendiendo fue decirme "no vendo", le expliqué que por favor no quería que me vendiera nada, sino saber si podían rentarme un concentrador y nuevamente su respuesta fue "no vendo" en realidad necesitaba mucho ese convertidor y estuve esperando una hora afuera del local a qué abrieran para recibir esa respuesta, fue muy decepcionante y me llevó una terrible experiencia. Un simple "por el momento no tenemos" de manera amable hubiera bastado.
I went to ask if they happened to rent an oxygen concentrator and all the young lady who was attending was saying "I am not selling", I explained to her that please I did not want her to sell me anything, but to know if they could rent me a concentrator and again her The answer was "I am not selling", I really needed that converter and I waited an hour outside the store for them to open to receive that answer, it was very disappointing and it took me a terrible experience. A simple "for the moment we don't have" in a friendly way would have been enough.
