★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ésto ocurrió en una sucursal que se encontraba en la calle de Balderas, afuera del metrobus Hidalgo dónde está el Cinemex.
Si tienen pensado comprar algún mueble NO LO HAGAN, ya que mi mamá apartó una sala por pagos, le dijeron que terminando de pagar le entregarían su sala, lo cual no sucedió, mandé un correo electrónico para poder solucionar el problema, ya en la sucursal no me supieron dar una respuesta.
Total ni por sucursal, ni por correo me resolvieron, quisimos hacer el intento de buscar una solución en sucursal, pero cuando fuimos, nos enteramos que la sucursal ya no estaba, en fin, fue una perdedera de tiempo y dinero.
Talvez a alguien le pasó lo mismo, otros tuvieron suerte, pero si vas a comprar algo ahí, espero no te lleves una mala experiencia como nosotros.
