Since last year the man has agreed to give me furniture, half a year has passed and he did not give me anything and he does not want to return my advance. I do not recommend them. Before, I had already ordered a piece of furniture and it is being dismantled. Nothing professional.

Terrible service and quality leaves much to be desired, the furniture is very beautiful when they are delivered to you but after use you realize the terrible quality, my drawers detached after a week and the lids came off completely. I do not recommend them, they do not solve anything for you and they only give you long.

I was late in writing because I was foolishly waiting for them to fulfill what they promised me, but I already made up my mind that this is not going to happen. In December 2020 I hired them and paid an advance, promising delivery 2nd week of January 2021, which took carried out but incomplete, so we spent several weeks promising deliveries of the missing, which was never carried out, never really manufactured. From February 2021 we agreed that they were going to return part of the payment that was given to them, so they brought me with false promises of payment to date, they stopped answering messages, calls and they blocked me from other numbers with which they are advertised at the end of March 2021 I thought they were serious, because if they go to site visits before hiring them and they give you the address of the workshop, but at the end of the day they don't give you the full amount and they don't make good use of the advance. If you are hired by waters in releasing advance payment, I am not the only one with this problem.
