★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio la persona que atiende con la peor actitud, jamás resolvió su problema de logística y terminó por mencionar q no podían resolver nada ! Nada recomendable ya que solo juegan con el tiempo de los clientes ! Se realizó un pedido con más de una semana de anticipación y terminaron diciendo q no podían resolver su problema de entrega !
Terrible service the person who attends with the worst attitude, never solved his logistics problem and ended up mentioning that they could not solve anything! Hice mi pedido con una semana de anticipación y 3 días me estuvieron con pretextos para no darme mi material. Cuando hablé con Leslie, muy grosera me dijo que la empresa era formal y que no se iban a quedar nada!
Yo le comenté que no hacía referencia a eso, solo que quería mi material, que donde podía ir por el, por lo que se puso en la peor forma de solucionarlo y me dijo que no me daría nada, que me regresaría mi dinero. Le dije que esa no era la solución, que me urgía mi material, que llevaba 3 días perdidos por estarlos esperando y simplemente me dijo que no podían hacer más.
Es una pésima empresa, busquen otros proveedores ya que aquí, les quedarán muy mal.
The worst company with terrible service!
I made my order a week in advance and 3 days they gave me excuses for not giving me my material. When I spoke with Leslie, she very rudely told me that the company was formal and that they were not going to keep anything!
I told him that he did not refer to that, only that he wanted my material, that where could I go for it, so he put himself in the worst way to solve it and told me that he would not give me anything, that he would return my money. I told him that this was not the solution, that I was urged by my material, that I had been lost for 3 days because I was waiting for them and he simply told me that they could not do more.
It is a terrible company, look for other suppliers since here, they will look very bad.
