★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amables, exelente servicio desde que llegas te atienden de inmediato y sus mecanicos son muy atentos y serviciales, te informan en que tiempo y fecha se repara tu motocicleta y el proceso es muy rápido y eficiente, si eres asegurado el ingreso es inmediato, si no lo eres tienes que sacar sita para que te atiendan, de antemano muy recomendable el taller!!!
Very friendly, excellent service from the moment you arrive, they attend to you immediately and their mechanics are very attentive and helpful, they inform you on what time and date your motorcycle is repaired and the process is very fast and efficient, if you are insured, entry is immediate, yes you are not, you have to make an appointment to be attended to, in advance the workshop is highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio 3 meses para entregarme mi moto cuando la fecha de supuesta entrega eran 20 días y por si fuera menos me la entregaron con piezas faltantes por que no tienen espacio, con el argumento "QUE LA MOTO YA ERA FUNCIONAL" y a la fecha ya pasaron otros 3 meses y siguen sin poderme entregar las piezas que aun le faltan a mi moto un asco de servicio
Terrible service 3 months to deliver my motorcycle when the date of supposed delivery was 20 days and if that were less they delivered it to me with missing parts because they do not have space, with the argument "THAT THE MOTORCYCLE WAS ALREADY FUNCTIONAL" and the date has passed another 3 months and they still can't deliver the parts that are still missing from my motorcycle, a disgusting service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo taller. No revisan las motos como debieran, por lo tanto no saben dar un buen diagnóstico y solo te traen vuelta y vuelta. Las llamadas nunca las responden y sus "recepcionistas" te atienden de la peor manera
Lousy workshop. They do not check the motorcycles as they should, therefore they do not know how to give a good diagnosis and they only bring you back and forth. The calls are never answered and their "receptionists" treat you in the worst way

Llevo 2 meses esperando a que me la entreguen y cada semana me dicen que marque a la siguiente alegando que no hay piezas.
Aquí lo preocupante es que en una de las llamadas me mencionaron que aún no llegaba una pieza de la llanta delantera, pero mi moto nunca tuvo daños en la llanta delantera, estos weyes le andan haciendo algo a mi moto que el seguro no pagó y que tampoco autorizamos. La verdad es de preocuparse
