Los vendedores y el sistema te dicen que ya está listo y llegas y resulta que no y hay que esperar mucho
Horrible to come to collect here it seems that only 1 forgives works and they put a lot of obstacles for the deliveries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entiendo su sistema, si te liberan y apartas cita en la cual te indican que tardarás 5 min, en algúna parte se pierde la información ya que llegas y el guardia te pregunta a qué vas, y no te atienden y apenas llegas y se ponen a buscar las cosas tardandose d 20 a 30 min. Creo que tienen mucha área de oportunidad para mejorar el servicio.
I don't understand their system, if they release you and make an appointment in which they tell you that it will take 5 min, somewhere the information is lost since you arrive and the guard asks you where you are going, and they do not attend to you and as soon as you arrive and they put to look for things taking 20 to 30 min. I think they have a lot of opportunity area to improve the service.

Para que te atiendan por teléfono puedes tardar horas y con suerte alguien te responde.
Pero tú ejecutivo de ventas, solo atiende vía correo electrónico.
Terrible service.
To be answered by phone it can take hours and hopefully someone will answer you.
But you sales executive, only attend via email.

It is easier to be served at the SAT than here, they need to improve customer service a lot, deliveries and processes in which the staff is involved are inefficient
