★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar tranquilo y pequeño y acogedor para platicar un rato. El servicio muy bueno, cierran a las 9 pero nos permitieron quedar mientras limpiaban. Lugar limpio. Buen café. ensaladas y paninos gourmet.
 Quiet and small and cozy place to chat for a while. Very good service, they close at 9 but they allowed us to stay while they cleaned. Clean place. Good coffee. salads and gourmet paninos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A small, cute cafe with very good coffee. Unfortunately, my pastry and juice were average. The location, one level higher than the centro, is difficult to reach by foot if you are not already nearby.
Cafe Tal continues to be the leader in Guanajuato city but if you are close to this cafe, please visit and try their food. The older lady behind the counter was preparing a delicious smelling soup when I came, but I was told the soup was not for sale. I hope they will make better use of her skills in the future. (March 2019)
