llevé a arreglar una impresora por qué se atoraba las hojas, y se la llevaron a revisión. Por ser viejita no se consiguieron las piezas. así que me la devolvieron , pagué la revisión y me la entregaron envuelta en plástico. El problema es que al quitarle el plástico está rota de varios lugares, súper sucia, el tóner se les salió y la dejaron inservible. Les reclamé y a la fecha no me dieron solución, me responden puras groserias. Me rompieron la impresora y encima les pagué.

I took a printer to fix why the sheets were jamming, and they took it for review. For being old, the pieces were not obtained. so they returned it to me, I paid for the revision and they gave it to me wrapped in plastic. The problem is that when removing the plastic it is broken from several places, super dirty, the toner came out and left it unusable. I complained to them and to date they did not give me a solution, they respond to pure rudeness. They broke my printer and on top I paid them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio me robaron una impresora que solo necesitaba limpieza y por su voluntad supuestamente cambiaron piezas que no autorice y como no les pague lo que pedían por su pieza nunca me regresaron la impresora me robaron y amenazaron constantemente por teléfono no vayan son buena gente al principio pero si no caes en sus trampas te roban insultan y amenazan sin contar lo sucio y amontonado que tienen su cochera tienda. Escriba y responda lo que guste Sra. No soy el único que piensa lo mismo de su negocio ponga atención y deja en claro cómo amenaza. Mi opinión no la voy a borrar yo no miento
Terrible service they stole a printer from me that only needed cleaning and by their will they supposedly changed pieces that I did not authorize and since I did not pay them what they asked for their piece they never returned the printer to me they stole me and constantly threatened me by phone do not go they are good people at first But if you don't fall into their traps, they rob you, insult and threaten you, not to mention how dirty and crowded their store garage is.
