Lo que si he notado van varias veces que llego al lugar físico y no hay nadie para atender y uno si lleva prisa tiene que esperar hasta que alguien se de cuenta que hay gente.
Otra cosa es que la atención por WhatsApp es buena pero en veces si tardan mucho en contestar y por eso medio tendría que ser una atención más rápida, no inmediata pero si más rápida. Eso lo digo como punto a mejorar y no como algo malo.
