The worst service in the world. The guard is a tremendous inoperative, the only thing he knows how to say is that you come to waste your time and that you have to wait, he doesn't even know how to inform you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperé SEIS horas para que me pasaran a informacion llegué 10 am y hasta las 4 pm me pasaron para hacer una consulta. En las otras oficinas de migracion tienen atencion para ambos informacion y las citas normales de residencia. la verdad es un caos, he ido a varias oficinas de migracion en la republica pero esta por mucho es la mas ineficiente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Location has the Hospital and the Casino. There are office spaces upstairs including the Immigrations Office where you take care of Resident Visas. To find the INM take the Escalator to the second floor and turn right. In about 50 feet you will see the INM Office on the right. Wheelchair accessible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Endless unnecessary paperwork, long lines, few explanations...basically what you would expect from any immigrations office. If you renew a visa or replace a lost one be prepared to do everything all over again. The concept of information being “on file” is completely foreign to this antiquated tedious government agency that seemingly hasn’t updated any of its processes since the 1930s.
