★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo!!!!! No el pongo menos menos porque no se puede!!!Me tuvieron esperando para atenderme y después de casi 1 hora me dicen que no me pueden atender porque no tienen Internet! Osea que si es una emergencia o se te ocurre sentirte mal (sarcasmo) no es el lugar!!
Appalling!!!!! I don't put less less because you can't!!! They kept me waiting to see me and after almost 1 hour they tell me that they can't see me because they don't have Internet! So if it's an emergency or it occurs to you to feel bad (sarcasm) it's not the place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalmente insatisfactorio el servicio, de verdad nada recomendable. Cero profesionalismo. Solo acudí a la sucursal Puerta de Hierro, pero no me quedan ganas de probar en ninguna otra sucursal.
Totally unsatisfactory service, really nothing recommended. Zero professionalism. I only went to the Puerta de Hierro branch, but I have no desire to try any other branch.

En ningún momento vuelvo y mucho menos lo recomiendo
Totally disappointed in the service, I went to Puerta de Hierro to have some laboratory tests done and I will not return. Super bad your service system and the "delivery" of results
I never go back and much less recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé de emergencia a mi esposa con un shock anafiláctico, y actuaron increíblemente rápido y con el tratamiento adecuado, sacaron a mi esposa adelante. La doctora Annia muy amable y atenta. El servicio muy bueno y económico. Muy agradecido!
I rushed my wife in anaphylactic shock, and they acted incredibly fast and with proper treatment, they pulled my wife through. Doctor Annia very kind and attentive. The service is very good and cheap. Very thankful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy desafortunada la experiencia ya que acompañe a mi esposa al médico con una cita y nos pidieron regresar una hora y media o dos después ya que el médico no estaba y al regresar me pidieron salir ya que solo puede ingresar el paciente y no les importa si llueve y estamos a menos de 10 grados, el trato no va con relación a lo que cobran.
Muy mala experiencia.
Very unfortunate experience since I accompanied my wife to the doctor with an appointment and they asked us to return an hour and a half or two later since the doctor was not there and when I returned they asked me to leave since only the patient can enter and they do not care if it rains and it's less than 10 degrees, the deal is not in relation to what they charge.
Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención por parte de la ginecóloga, estaba alzándole la voz a mi hermana y a mi madre, actuando muy prepotente.
Tampoco nadie le dijo a mi madre que para poder ser evaluada por la gine necesitaba tener una vida sexual activa (cosa que mi hermana no tiene), entonces solo fueron a tirar dinero porque no le pudieron hacer nada y a que la gine les gritara
Terrible attention from the gynecologist, I was raising my voice to my sister and my mother, acting very arrogant.
Nor did anyone tell my mother that in order to be evaluated by the gynecologist she needed to have an active sexual life (something that my sister does not have), so they only went to throw money away because they could not do anything to her and the gynecologist yelled at them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, acudi a la sucursal de puerta de hierro y por estar platicando y saludandose te dejan esperando mucho tiempo para hacer unos análisis que después no los tienen listos. Cuando solicite los análisis no me especificaron que demoraban 3 días y que no lo publican, acudí después de 9 días y aun así no los tenían. Es increíble la desorganizacion que tienen.

Terrible service, I went to the Puerta de Hierro branch and because they were chatting and greeting each other they left you waiting a long time to do some tests that later they don't have them ready. When I requested the analysis they did not specify that it took 3 days and that they do not publish it, I went after 9 days and even so they did not have them. It's amazing how disorganized they are.
They don't deserve a single star
