★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención solo los precios los considero entre moderados y un poco altos. En ocasiones tienen problemas con la terminal y no aceptan pagos con tarjeta, eso es un poco negativo para quienes no acostumbramos a cargar con efectivo (esto es algo que podrían mejorar)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio en cuanto a administración, fui hace un par de semanas, prefirieron atender a otra persona antes que a mi , yo habia llegado como unos diez minutos antes que aquel paciente, ya hasta me habian tomado los datos, incluso la enfermara me checo la presión, el peso etc. y ya estaba apunto de la consulta pero llego la persona y me brincaron, solo dijieron que el estaba herido y que necesitaba ser atendido de inmediato, que podia irme y regresar después de 2hrs porque iban a atenderlo y luego iban a salir a comer, y pues bueno en mi caso pesimo trato ??
Terrible service in terms of administration, I went a couple of weeks ago, they preferred to attend to another person before me, I had arrived about ten minutes before that patient, they had even taken the data, even the nurse checked me pressure, weight etc. And I was about to go to the consultation but the person arrived and they jumped me, they only said that he was injured and that he needed to be treated immediately, that I could leave and return after 2 hours because they were going to attend to him and then they were going to eat, and Well, in my case, very bad treatment ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los exámenes y estudios de laboratorio se tardan más de un día, ningún laboratorio se tarda tanto ni siquiera el IMSS, te toman la muestra en la mañana y para la tarde está listo los resultados pero en ese laboratorio se tardan más.
Les recomiendo que les pregunten primero el tiempo y que les aseguren porque después les hablas y te dicen que te dijeron que se tardaba dos a tres días ósea si te urgen los resultados busca otra opción.
The exams and laboratory studies take more than a day, no laboratory takes that long, not even the IMSS, they take the sample in the morning and the results are ready in the afternoon, but in that laboratory they take longer.
I recommend that you ask them first the time and that they assure them because later you talk to them and they tell you that they told you that it took two to three days, bone if the results are urgent, look for another option.
