Pésimo servicio, van muchos pacientes con covid, cuando uno va a una simple infección sale contagiado de COVID, no lo recomiendo.

Dos veces acudí, dos veces que no me atendieron, no era tema de vida o muerte pero hay 3 personas en recepción y no hacen nada, no hay medicamento, en fin, pues mala atención

Muy mal servicio, llame al número y me mandaba a buzón, cuando me respondieron ya estaba en la clínica y no estaba el ginecólogo, me hicieron sacar cita y pagar antes de tener la consulto y cuando llegue puntual me tuvieron esperando más de una hora.

Es mucho mejor el servicio en una Similares. Atienden como si te hicieran un favor y el costo no lo vale.

Acudí a consulta el domingo pasado (abril 18) al intentar pagar con tarjeta la señorita de recepción me dice que mi tarjeta fue declinada y tiro el voucher, le pedí la volviera a pasar y me preguntó si siempre me pasaba eso con un tono nada agradable, se realizó el cargo y nuevamente no me dió al voucher, al pedírselo me dijo que lo buscaría y nunca me lo entrego, por fin pase a consulta y la dra. Nada profesional al revisarme dijo -iiiih si está muy inflamado tu oído- con un tono de asombro, me entrega mi receta y al querer surtirla en otra farmacia me dicen que no me pueden vender el antibiótico por qué no viene la cédula de la médico, al volver les pido por favor me pongan el sello con la cédula y me dijeron que ahí me vendían los mxs les dije que no gracias, que quería comprarlos en otra farmacia a lo que la recepcionista respondió -pues es que ahorita no tenemos sello, y como quiera no te lo van a vender- la doctora me dice que aunque me anote la cédula no me van a vender el antibiótico en otro lado y al final me puso en la receta la cédula de otro médico, no solo no tuvieron una buena atención si no que la dra. Ni siquiera pudo sellarme mi receta o anotar su cédula, no se si fue para que comprará ahí los mxs o por qué ella no cuenta con cédula, pésima experiencia.

Le hicieron un estudio a mi sobrinita de 2 años, la lastimaron mucho en el estudio de sangre, le sacaron sangre con una jeringa que no es para niños, le quedo moreton en el brazo y al dia siguiente llamaron para decir que le tenian que volver a tomar nuevamente la muestra de sangre, ya no quisimos y no nos quisieron regresar el dinero que pagamos por el estudio, lo comento para que tengan cuidado... Los califico muy mal servicio.. Tengan cuidado. Cuando llevan a sus hijos.

Aunque agendes cita nunca respetan tu horario, siempre te pasan después (entiendo que también es culpa de la gente por no respetar horario) pero siempre hacen todo muy lento, hasta cuándo hablas por teléfono a pedir informes te dejan esperando en la línea para atender otras cuestiones. Lo único "barato" es la consulta general. E ido también a consulta con ginecólogo, cobran $270 pero había una doctora que siempre me cobraba $20 pesos de más por el concepto de unos guantes, cosa que nunca utilizaban. Al principio solo cobraba los $270, pero con el tiempo comenzó a cobrar eso extra son ser utilizado. También una vez acudí a consulta con pediatra. A todo me decía que era normal ? sin explicarme el porque, se la paso más en la computadora que revisando a mi bebé. A la bebé solo me dijo que la acostarse y literalmente solo la vió y me dijo que ya la podía levantar. Deja mucho que desear este lugar.
