★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia con la inmobiliaria. Nunca hicieron caso de los problemas que surgieron con el departamento, tampoco contestaban y se quedaron con parte del deposito sin motivo alguno. Poco profesionales.
Bad experience with real estate. They never paid attention to the problems that arose with the department, neither did they answer and they kept part of the deposit for no reason. Unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos entregaron el departamento sin medidor de gas y al conectar el gas con fugas peligrosas que tuvimos que cubrir. Jamás arreglaron los vicios ocultos como que entraba agua cada que llovía por todos lados. Nos pidieron el departamento sin 3 meses de anticipación como dicta la ley. Jamás nos entregaron recibos de renta y nos pedían la renta en efectivo para no pagar impuestos. Nos molestaron todo el año para que les hiciéramos el "favor" de mostrarlo para venta, cuando jamás nos notificaron que lo estarían vendiendo. Todas las negociaciones de ganar para ellos y 0 para el cliente que renta. Terrible experiencia, no hagan trato con ellos. No les importan las personas sino sólo el negocio.
They gave us the apartment without a gas meter and when connecting the gas with dangerous leaks that we had to cover. They never fixed the hidden vices such as water coming in every time it rained everywhere. They asked us for the apartment without 3 months in advance as the law dictates. They never gave us rent receipts and they asked us for the rent in cash so as not to pay taxes. They bothered us all year to do them the "favor" of showing it for sale, when they never notified us that they would be selling it. All negotiations win for them and 0 for the client who rents. Terrible experience, do not deal with them. They don't care about the people, only the business.
