★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No se puede dar menos de una estrella para poder opinar; esta “inmobiliaria” no se comunica con los posibles compradores, llevo varios días de llamadas, correos y watsap preguntando por una casa que venden y no hay forma de que te contesten. Atención si deseas vender o rentar tu propiedad NO SE LA DES A ESTA PSEUDOINMOBILIARIA ya que NUNCA, NUNCA, NUNCA SE COMUNICAN!! Cero recomendable y cero profesionales.
You cannot give less than one star to be able to comment; This "real estate" does not communicate with potential buyers, I have several days of calls, emails and watsap asking about a house they sell and there is no way to answer you. Attention if you want to sell or rent your property DO NOT GIVE IT TO THIS PSEUDOINMOBILIARIA since they NEVER, NEVER, NEVER COMMUNICATE! Zero recommended and zero professionals.

Hacen "cuentas alegres" con el depósito.
Se tardan en más de un mes en regresarlo, se inventan los recibos, te cobran TODA la pintura del departamento.
Te cobran los servicios pendientes (si bien eso es normal, es un estimado) pero además se quedan con un extra (en nuestro caso casi mil pesos por si las dudas).
El chiste es que te quitan el 35% del depósito. Bastante gandalla.

They make "happy accounts" with the deposit.
It takes more than a month to return it, the receipts are invented, they charge you for ALL the paint in the apartment.
They charge you for pending services (although that is normal, it is an estimate) but they also keep an extra (in our case almost a thousand pesos just in case).
The joke is that they take 35% of the deposit. Pretty gandalla.
