★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ni se molesten, pero la calidad de las casas es una basura, tengo 4 meses arreglando desperfectos de una casa nueva, y siguen saliendo, y los que arreglan vuelven a fallar, no se quieren hacer responsables de un desperfecto en la cocina y solo tiene 4 meses de uso, es un dolor de cabeza tratar con ellos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré una propiedad de Grupo Gadol.... 6 años después siguen sin darme escrituras de mi propiedad por que Grupo Gadol no entregó una documentación adecuada y ahora me están cobrando impuestos que yo no tengo por que pagar ya que en su momento pagué todo en tiempo y forma. Intenté contactarme y dar con alguien en Grupo Gadol y no quisieron hacerse responsable. Realmente son una estafa.
I bought a property from Grupo Gadol .... 6 years later they still do not give me deeds of my property because Grupo Gadol did not provide adequate documentation and now they are charging me taxes that I do not have to pay since at the time I paid everything in time and form. I tried to contact and find someone in Grupo Gadol and they did not want to be held responsible. They really are a scam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos una casa nueva en febrero, tardaron 4 meses en resolvernos un saldo a favor, contrataron a un grupo dan como administradores, y no tienen ni registro se nos pide pagar cuotas a una cuenta personal. Los vecinos enviamos un correo al grupo con todos los problemas que se tienen en común y particular y su respuesta fue véanlo con el administrador que ellos contrataron y no da la cara ni respuesta. A los problemas particulares que también son genéricos como humedad en todas las casas pidieron levantar folios por separado, a un número donde se igual forma el ingeniero solo va da la visita para ver el problema pero no da solución ni seguimiento.
