★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente cuando hacen las ventas, ojo hay checar que nada quede pendiente despues de concretar, para que después no tengas que estar pagando servicios extras. Obvio te van a generar una cuota de manejo pero si no preguntas cuanto es por el tramite que se omitió al entregar la propiedad no te responden o te envían un stijer de cochinito.
Excellent when they do the sales, be careful to check that nothing is pending after completing, so that later you do not have to be paying for extra services. Obviously they will generate a handling fee but if you do not ask how much it is for the procedure that was omitted when handing over the property they do not answer you or they send you a piglet stijer.
