Mi esposo y yo estamos en búsqueda de casa, nos acercamos mediante sus redes de contacto, pero parece que no tienen internet o que trabajan por señales de humo, no contestan en tiempo y forma. Les marcas y hasta parece que molestas. Pésimo servicio al cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, desde septiembre firme escrituras y hoy me hicieron que fuera a recibir la casa y aun la estaba limpiando, me dijeron 20 min paso más de 1 hr y aun estaba emboquillando la escalera, no se porque citan sino están las casas terminadas
Y nadie te da solución el vendedor un tal ing omar de cumbres de santa maría solo firmamos y nunca más volví a saber de él me dijo.que me arreglara con la arquitectura paloma que ella me hablaría
La arquitecta jamás contesta el teléfono, espero no tener un problema con garantías porque nadie te contesta y nadie resuelve

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trato, es un asco el servicio que tienen con el consumidor, se aprovechan de las nesecidad, y si no pagas el día que ellos te dicen, siendo que llevan más de un mes de atraso para escriturar te dicen que te quitarán la vivienda, una vez que te haces lo que te dicen, que pagas los gastos administrativos y se logra firmar te dicen que en 28 días entregan que porque tienen que terminar detalles en la casa, detalles que terminan. En un día, a si pero nunca te dicen que ese día nunca llega, hoy ya van más de 30 días desde la firma y no contestan ni el vendedor, ni la licenciada Alma Huitron, en el call center no te dan explicaciones de nada. Son unos mentirosos que solo buscan el dinero de la firma y lamentablemente no hay forma de presionarlos, atentamente les pido que piensen muy bien en adquirir una propiedad con esta constructora.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peeeesimo servicio, las casas cayendose, garantías mal hechas, y lo peor el vendedor y jefe de vendedores que es peor, Juan David Neira, mentiroso y prepotente, te habla de la peor manera en el momento que se está exigiendo por lo que por derecho nos toca. El señor se enoja y casi nos avienta su carro. Pésima persona humana, vendedor mentiroso y conflictivo.
