★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco profesional. Contactas a Guadalupe Bautista, teléfono que viene en el anuncio. Te cita con una "asesora" que se llama Claudia Lucio. Le pides requisitos, te los da, se los mandas y te sigue pidiendo cosas.
Envías escrituras, estados de cuenta, identificación y NO te mandan un Aviso de Privacidad.
Te pide un anticipo de $5000 por intención de renta y NO te dan recibo.
Te pide $600 para investigación del aval y arrendatario, igual sin recibo.
Se le pidió nos mandara cédula del abogado que haría la investigación y nos mandó un gafete donde sólo se ve la foto y un número, nada formal.
Se le pidió el aviso de privacidad y mandó un documento donde no habla de los papeles personales que estás enviando.
Cuando se le cuestionó y solicitamos esos documentos, se molestó, nos bloqueó en WhatsApp y tuvimos que hablar con Guadalupe Bautista, quién dijo que por "causas ajenas" no nos iban a rentar. Ella es quién se comprometió a regresarnos el dinero.
Te expones a qué si no quieren, no te regresan el apartado.
Y así fue, nos regresaron el dinero incompleto.

You send deeds, account statements, identification and they DO NOT send you a Privacy Notice.
They ask you for an advance of $5000 for rent intention and they DO NOT give you a receipt.
He asks you for $600 to investigate the guarantee and tenant, the same without a receipt.
He was asked to send us the identity card of the lawyer who would do the investigation and he sent us a badge where only the photo and a number can be seen, nothing formal.
He was asked for the privacy notice and sent a document that does not mention the personal papers that you are sending.
When he was questioned and we requested those documents, he got upset, blocked us on WhatsApp and we had to talk to Guadalupe Bautista, who said that for "external causes" they were not going to rent us. She's the one who promised to pay us back.
You expose yourself to what if they don't want to, they don't return the section.
And so it was, they returned the incomplete money.
