★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me robaron, jamás me regresaron el anticipo de una casa que hibamos a comprar, y con recibos firmados y contrato en mano siguieron mostrando la casa aunque la teníamos rentada con contrato firmado de compra y la seguían promoviendo a venta, me dijo el sr Alejandro que cuando se vendiera la casa me regresarian mi anticipo con penalización y que él me llamaba. Ya se vendió la casa y jamás me regreso mi dinero. La penalización dicta el 10% así dice el contrato asa que por cierto el dueño de la casa no firmó, pero confiamos en el sr Alejandro y nuestro error fue hacer trato con una persona ratera, a quien ya habían corrido anteriormente de una empresa transnacional y por lo mismo. Y aunque me bloqueen. Las secretarias las cambian cada 3 meses, y si sale algo mal como este caso le hechan la culpa a la anterior secretaria. No hagan tratos con ésta inmobiliaria, la casa se rento 6 meses, querían cobrarnos $500 por cada "parche" por clavos que tenían que reparar, pero no nos pagaron focos LED ni tapas de baño instaladas o cableado que se dejó, y si van cualquiera de uds a justicia alternativa les dirán que tienen varias llamadas por incumplimiento, y no son capaces de indicar en qué va el trámite, te hacen firmar papeles y jamás te indican en que va o que falta, o que no se va a devolver como en nuestro caso los ahorros de una vida de trabajo. Porque no hablamos de mil pesos, estamos hablando de cuantioso anticipo, más 6 meses de renta y cero llamadas para explicar. Ojalá les haya servido lo robado a ambas partes.
