La señora Cecilia Montes, además de prepotente, cambió la terminal sin razón; cuando le pedimos usar el cobro sin contacto, nos negó la función y tomó la tarjeta en lugar de permitir que yo la introdujera en la terminal. Cuando le pedí que me dejara hacerlo a mí, se hacía para atrás. La verdad no me da nada de confianza, nunca tienen servicio de facturación y te dicen que sólo por su página (misma que jamás funciona).
Train your staff in contactless charging for credit cards. Mrs. Cecilia Montes, in addition to being arrogant, changed the terminal for no reason; when we asked to use contactless charging, he denied us the feature and took the card instead of letting me insert it into the terminal. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un robo total, en parte coopere por no ver que la bomba estuviera en ceros, de la nada la despachadora me dice que la bomba se detuvo en 130 y reinicia la bomba para cargarme lo restante a los 500 que pedí, obviamente al encender el auto no subió lo que debía, no carguen ahí y si lo hacen revisen que la bomba este en ceros. Que coraje!!!
