★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compre en Atlanta, en Cuautitlan Izcalli, demasiados detalles en la casa, al contratar la luz no servia el cableado, las ventanas se filtraba el agua el primer dia de lluvias. Tardaron 2 semanas en acudir a resolver el problema. La tuberia de la casa todas estaban tapadas, poca presión en el agua de las regaderas y las tasas de los baños, contrate un plomero y me comento que la bomba presurizadora estaba mal colocada, motivo por el cual se quemo.

Me hubiese gustado leer las opiniones de QUIERO CASA, coincido que tiene pésimo servicio de atención a clientes , no llevan correctamente los estados de cuenta así que mucha vigilancia en conciliar sus pagos con lo que ellos registran , atrasos en construcción , evasivas de respuestas , condiciones ocultas
Todo es rápido para la firma de compra , pero después te quedas a expensas de incompetentes
No recomiendo esta empresa para nada, ahórrense la molestia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No compren con ellos, a mí me entregaron departamento con adeudo de CFE que no quieren pagar. Tuve que hacerlo yo y dejaron de contestarme para mi reembolso. Chequen los demás comentarios sobre vicios ocultos en departamentos, tardanza en las garantías y encharcamientos en desarrollos nuevos.
Ni falta hace mencionar que los departamentos están chuecos, pero ellos dicen que es percepción del cliente.
Do not buy with them, they gave me an apartment with a debt from the CFE that they do not want to pay. I had to do it myself and they stopped answering me for my refund. Check the other comments about hidden defects in apartments, delays in guarantees and flooding in new developments.
There is no need to mention that the departments are crooked, but they say that it is the customer's perception.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los departamentos y la atención fue buena sin embargo no complete la compra porque en la documentación que me brindaron el poder de venta es compartido entre dos grupos de personas y en el contrato de compra venta solo firma una sola persona. Esto es un riesgo legal porque una sola persona conforme al poder no puede vender se requieren a dos personas para completarse la venta de manera correcta, lo peor es que sé que hay gente que compra sin darse cuenta de esto y aun con escrituras.
The departments and the attention was good, however I did not complete the purchase because in the documentation that they gave me the power of sale is shared between two groups of people and in the purchase contract only one person signs. This is a legal risk because a single person under the power of attorney cannot sell, two people are required to complete the sale correctly, the worst thing is that I know that there are people who buy without realizing this and even with deeds.
