★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy propietario de una casa en este fraccionamiento y me parece un lugar bien cuidado y digno para vivir, con un cobro muy consciente de mantenimiento mensual (si no me creen vayan a ver otros que también son de régimen de condominio, se van a asustar con al cuota). Nada más acuérdense que muchos propietarios de casas en el fraccionamiento las tienen rentadas y algunos inquilinos (no generalizo) dejan mucho que desear, de los visitantes de éstos mejor sin palabras. En general la gente que es propietaria y además vive en este lugar sabe y valora lo que tiene. Lo de las vacantes escasas en las escuelas del fraccionamiento no es propio de este lugar sino de todo el municipio.
 I own a house in this subdivision and I think it is a well-kept and dignified place to live, with a very conscious monthly maintenance charge (if you do not believe me, you will see others who are also on a condominium basis, you will be scared with to the fee). Just remember that many homeowners in the subdivision have them rented and some tenants (I do not generalize) leave much to be desired, of their visitors better speechless. In general, people who own and also live in this place know and value what they have. The lack of vacancies in the schools of the subdivision is not typical of this place but of the entire municipality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ no existen buenos accesos, mal planeado, y ya empieza el problema de perros abandonados debido al mal control de basura y su recolección.
tal ves si mejoran los accesos eso se puede eliminar (antes de hacer mas casas)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ lo bueno del fraccionamiento: se vive muy tranquilo a las 11 de la noche parece pueblo fantasma.
lo malo: olor a drenaje casi todo el dia, pesimo servicio de transporte, muchisimos mosquitos, las casas super mal hechas tengo un nino de tres años y cuando brinca parece que se va a caer la casa, muros cuarteados, con decirles que en mi casa no hay conexiones para telefono ni internet porque a los señores construcotores se les olvido ponerlo, la verdad si hubiera sabido que iba a pasar por esto no les hubiera comprado nadaaaaaa

Le falta algo de limpieza y cuidado pero aún así se disfruta de la vista, cuánta con buena ubicación para visitar otros lugares y conocer más del centro de la ciudad. Venden diversos juguetitos para los niños para hacer más divertido el rato
Excellent family place to go for a walk and let the kids run as they please. It lacks some cleaning and care but still you enjoy the view, how much with a good location to visit other places and learn more about the city center. They sell various toys for children to make the time more fun
