★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contraté con Zurex para obtener una casa en la colonia Narvarte y aunque se tardaron mas de lo esperado me entregaron la propiedad en esta semana. Lamentablemente la pandemia demoró el procedimiento porq los juzgados permanecieron cerrados mucho tiempo, para ser honesta, eso complicó muchos mis planes porque mi familia y yo vivíamos en un departamento rentado.
Ya nos habían mencionado que lo mas seguro es que la propiedad estuviera descuidada y teníamos contemplado cualquier gasto de remodelacion y aunque la estructura es un poco vieja, es muy sólida y vamos a gastar mucho menos de lo que teníamos planeado.
Lo que les puedo decir a las personas que estan buscando un remate es que seleccionen la mejor opción de acuerdo a su presupuesto, algunas veces aunque es tardado, vale mucho la pena esperar porq debido a la situación no es fácil comprar una casa en venta directa y si se pueden aprovechar este tipo de oportunidades, les recomiendo que lo hagan.
