★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda una farsa, porque las casas que publican a la venta están ocupadas y sólo es cuestión de dirigirse a cualquier inmueble que esté a la venta y verán que no se vende dicha propiedad. Aparte, cuando te citan para que te den información, resulta ser una inmobiliaria fantasma conocida como: GLB Patrimonial, en la que el que te da la información se dice llamar Arturo Morales cuando se presenta y, posteriormente, en su tarjeta de presentación se dice llamar Arturo García. O sea que te dan nombres falsos y pedirte por adelantado $50 mil pesos según para apartar la vivienda que quieres, pero todo es una estrategia para estafarte. Y no firmen nada para que no hagan mal uso de sus datos que desde antes piden.
All a farce, because the houses that they publish for sale are occupied and it is only a matter of going to any property that is for sale and they will see that said property is not for sale. Besides, when they summon you for information, it turns out to be a ghost real estate agency known as: GLB Patrimonial, in which the person who gives you the information calls himself Arturo Morales when he shows up and, later, on his business card he says call Arturo Garcia. In other words, they give you false names and ask you in advance for $50,000 pesos to reserve the home you want, but it's all a strategy to swindle you. And do not sign anything so that they do not misuse your data that they ask for beforehand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Valdría la pena que a TODOS sus empleados encargados de promocionar y mostrar propiedades tuviesen pláticas de la atención que merecen los clientes. Lamentablemente un tipo de su empresa es un grosero con los posibles compradores. Juega con su tiempo y se atreve a ofenderlos. Chequen por favor los que atienden el estado de México. Ésto devalúa a la empresa como tal. Mucho ojo a quien le dan trabajo.
It would be worthwhile for ALL your employees in charge of promoting and showing properties to have talks about the attention that customers deserve. Unfortunately one guy at your company is rude to potential buyers. He plays with their time and dares to offend them. Please check those who serve the state of Mexico. This devalues the company as such. Be careful who they give work to.
