 Their attention on WhatsApp is terrible, the first time they let me see it, the second time it took them a long time, and as if that were not enough they DO NOT answer what they are being asked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio de envío por DHL ha sido la nota pésima. Vivo a sólo 14 km de la segunda ciudad de importancia en el estado, y tardó 11 días en llegar. Lo único de lo que la culpo, es de no haber elegido otra empresa de paquetería que lo haga en un tiempo más corto.
The shipping service by DHL has been the lousy mark. I live only 14 km from the second largest city in the state, and it took 11 days to arrive. The only thing I blame her for is not having chosen another parcel company that does it in a shorter time.
