★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentablemente no puedo decir que tuve buena experiencia con su servicio y posteriormente con mi resultado de espalda.
1- Sigo presentando el mismo dolor despues de 5 sesiones de rehabilitacion que ustedes me recomendaron.
2- Con Paco (Dr. responsable), unicamente platique el primer dia, despues no supe nada de el, yo esperaba un resultado de avance o alguna platica donde me dijera como iba.
3- Muy mala actitud de servicio de la srita. Ana de recepcion, tuve que insistirle durante 15 dias para que me hiciera una re facturacion (que a final de cuentas no la hizo) y le pedi mucho de favor que me hiciera las facturas en el mes en febrero, que es cuando se hizo el pago, y parece que lo hizo a proposito, las hizo el 1° de marzo . pff!
en fin.

1- I still have the same pain after 5 rehabilitation sessions that you recommended.
2- With Paco (Dr. in charge), I only talked the first day, after that I didn't hear anything from him, I was waiting for an advance result or some talk where he would tell me how it was going.
3- Very bad service attitude of the lady. Ana at reception, I had to insist for 15 days to do a re-invoicing (which in the end she did not do) and I asked her very much to do the bills for me in February, which is when the payment, and it seems that he did it on purpose, he made them on March 1st. pff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting 30 minutes for my appointment I had to leave. I cant be late for my other appointments due to the fact that their therapists cant get to work on time. On my way out my assigned therapist, Andres, threw my paperwork on the counter and told the receptionist, "ya se va." A fairly unprofessional touch after an unprofessional introduction. No apology given by staff or therapist.
