★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiencia bastante mala. Te dicen que vas a venir unas cosas concretas y luego te las cambian y te meten cosas que no te tienen porque interesar. Sin embargo, a ellos si porque te llevan a sitios a que compres a precios muchos más caros. Suelen ir con prisas y no ves más que la fábrica o sitio de artesanía. Además te llevan a un bufé libre de una calidad bastante mala y a un precio muy alto para lo que dan. Solo lo recomiendo a aquellas personas que no se quieran complicar la vida y nos les importe pagar el precio de algo multiplicado por 3.
 Pretty bad experience. They tell you that you are going to come some specific things and then they change them and they put things in you that do not have to interest you. However, they do because they take you to places to buy at much more expensive prices. They usually go in a hurry and you only see the factory or craft site. They also take you to a free buffet of quite poor quality and at a very high price for what they give. I only recommend it to those people who don't want to complicate life and don't mind paying the price of something multiplied by 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recibí un folleto en el centro y busqué recomendaciones para ver si contrataba el tour pero no encontré muchas reseñas al respecto por lo que me animé a escribir mi experiencia.
Principalmente creo que el nivel de satisfacción que tendrás dependerá del guía que te toque, pues cuando tomé el tour de Mitla nuestro guía (Rodrigo) fue excelente, varias veces durante el recorrido nos preguntó si necesitábamos algo/si estábamos bien, nos iba explicando para hacer más ameno el trayecto, mientras que en el tour de Monte Albán el guía fue menos atento. Sin embargo, considero que el precio es bastante bueno para todos los lugares que conoces durante el día (recomiendo llevar dinero en efectivo pues son muy pocos los lugares que aceptan tarjeta) y me gustó que fueron súper puntuales para recogernos. Lo único que cambiaría son los lugares a los que te llevan a comer, pues son "buffet" pero las opciones son bastante limitadas (sé que puedes encontrar algo mucho más rico por el mismo precio).
I received a brochure in the center and I looked for recommendations to see if I hired the tour but I did not find many reviews about it, so I was encouraged to write my experience.
Mainly I think that the level of satisfaction you will have will depend on the guide that touches you, because when I took the Mitla tour our guide (Rodrigo) was excellent, several times during the tour he asked us if we needed anything / if we were okay, he explained to us so make the journey more enjoyable, while on the Monte Alban tour the guide was less attentive. However, I consider that the price is quite good for all the places you visit during the day (I recommend bringing cash as there are very few places that accept cards) and I liked that they were super punctual to pick us up. The only thing I would change is the places they take you to eat, as they are "buffet" but the options are quite limited (I know you can find something much richer for the same price).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so sad to have to leave a bad review, but we had such a disappointing tour and do not want other people to experience what we did. Basically, we booked a tour to San Jose del Pacífico and were promised (by an Innova rep) activities including a 3-hour hike, a temazcal, a zipline, and the chance to buy some mushrooms in San Jose. We learned later that, because not enough people signed up through Innova, they sold our tickets to a different tour agency. The new agency had no idea what Innova had promised in their itinerary, so we ended up not getting to do a single one of the promised activities, plus, we didn't even go to San Jose; the tour took us to San Mateo, a place we had no interest in visiting. It was a complete waste of time & money and Innova did not refund us.

Most frustrating was that I was dropped off in a different spot as my hostel and the tour guide (dismissive and rude Josue) said that it where he was told to drop me off and he wasn’t able to change it. Absolute 0/5 customer service. Look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great company, can only recommend. The employees are very friendly, speak good English and are very passionate and interesting storytellers. You can ask them anything. The transport is very comfortable. We did the teotitlan, hierve el agua, mitla, mezcal and Arbil del tule tour and you really get your moneys worth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a reservation for the tour to hierve el agua for 400 pesos. The day before the tour, we got a message that we have to pay 500 pesos, which was still okay for us. The day of the tour, we waited outside of our hostel for about 1 and a half hours. On the phone, they said that they cant find us (although they had the name and adress of our hostel). About 30 minutes later when we called the agency again, they said that the bus already left and they tried to call us, which was just a lie. We definitely recommend to book the tour somewhere else.
