Acabo de tomar un tour a tequila con mis conpañeros y al final el autobus nos dejó a nosotros 6 y a 3 pasajeros mas en Tequila. ANGEL PEREZ, Líder/Guía de este autobus donde viajaba NUNCA nos llamó y en tono burlón respondía ante la angustía de los padres. NO QUISO REGRESAS A PESAR DE HABER PASADO 20MIN DE QUE NOSOTROS LE LLAMAMOS A EL Y NUNCA QUISO DAR RESPUESTA. Necesitas CAPACITAR a tu personal. LA VERDAD YA SE SABE y no porque los pasajeros digan "Ya vamonos" sin tener a todo el camión abordo, debes esperar y tomar lista. COSA QUE NUNCA HIZO PORQUE NUNCA NOS LLAMÓ. INNOVA TOURS además no hacer todo el programa del viaje, llega a suspender/cancelar actividades y solo te ofrecerán el 10% de descuento en su proximo viaje como disculpa. Tampoco cumplen los horarios por tardanza y ahi si TODOS deben esperar por TODOS. Personalmente, NO RECOMIENDO INNOVA TOURS. AWFUL, HORRIBLE AND RISKY the actions they took. I just took a tequila tour with my friends and in the end the bus left us 6 and 3 more passengers in Tequila. ANGEL PEREZ, Leader / Guide of this bus where he was traveling NEVER called us and in a mocking tone responded to the anguish of the parents. HE DIDN'T WANT TO RETURN, EVEN THOUGH IT HAS BEEN 20MIN THAT WE CALLED HIM AND HE NEVER WANTED TO GIVE AN ANSWER. You need to TRAIN your staff. THE TRUTH IS ALREADY KNOWN and not because the passengers say "Let's go" without having the entire truck on board, you must wait and take a roll. THING HE NEVER DID BECAUSE HE NEVER CALLED US. INNOVA TOURS also does not do the entire trip program, it even suspends / cancels activities and they will only offer you a 10% discount on your next trip as an apology. Nor do they meet the schedules due to lateness and there EVERYONE must wait for EVERYONE. Personally, I DO NOT RECOMMEND INNOVA TOURS.

Te llevan a donde les interesa, talleres o fábricas de mezcal que tienen pre concertados para sacarte dinero. Al final no visitas casi nada y es poco práctico. El buffet en el que te meten esta inflado y la comida mala. No se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo. They sell you a route and then they take you to the one they want. They take you where they are interested, workshops or mezcal factories that they have prearranged to get money from you. In the end you don't visit almost anything and it's impractical. The buffet they put you in is inflated and the food is bad. I do not recommend it to my worst enemy.
