Total, para el año 2020 yo quería tramitar mi visa, por lo cual recurrí a ellos. De principio todo bien, aunque siempre eran tardadas las respuestas, ya que nuestro medio de comunicación era WhatsApp. Hice el pago y me mandaron un formulario para llenarlo con mi info, yo soy novato en esto del llenado del formulario Ds-160. Total, llego Covid 19 por los que las citas fueron canceladas. Y como repito, soy novato quería preguntarles sobre que pasara, y al final me pasaron mi usuario y contraseña para que yo mismo hiciera mis citas. se volvió a sacar, se volvió a cancelar, total, mi cita es mañana, y quedaron pendiente algunos asuntos que ellos quedaron de resolverme y ayudarme. Tres semanas antes de mi cita, marqué al número telefónico y no contestaron, no se si porque vieron que era de otro estado. le mande sms al señor Salvador, y lo que me dijo fue desde el año pasado ya no manejaban visas. Lo cual a mi me dio coraje, ya que el servicio lo tuve yo en el 2020 antes de pandemia, entonces siento que tuvo que haber hecho esa excepción. Ahora ya no se dedican a eso, pero dejo mi comentario.
