★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre la atención es pésima. Para empezar ni te atienden. Siempre es lo mismo pero hoy en especial me la pasé pidiendo unos tenis y con la tienda casi VACÍA y sólo me decían que en un momento me atendían y pasé más de quince minutos sin respuesta. PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!!!!!!
The attention is always bad. To begin with, they don't even attend to you. It's always the same but today in particular I spent asking for some sneakers and with the store almost EMPTY and they only told me that at one point they would attend to me and I spent more than fifteen minutes without an answer. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ya había comprado ropa deportiva en la sucursal de Tlalnepantla y el personal muy atento, hoy me todo hacer uso del servicio de superboletos en Forum Buenavista y el personal igual muy atentos y siempre explicando todo. Dos tiendas que regreso sin pensarlo.
I had already bought sportswear at the Tlalnepantla branch and the staff was very attentive, today I made use of the super ticket service at Forum Buenavista and the staff was also very attentive and always explaining everything. Two stores that I return without thinking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es frustrante ver como los empleados están todos juntos en las cajas y no quieren atender. Me imagino que les preguntan porque esta tan bajo su ticket promedio y ellos han de contestar, la gente no compra. Innova Directores, su personal no atiende, no te llevan los modelos que solicitas, y dejan que los clientes se desesperen y se vaya. Y quien sabe si haya Gerente que supervise. Muy mala experiencia termine comprando con la competencia. Una venta menos.

The workers Young Ladies on there Cellphones not helpfull Rude and I feel Discriminated by the way I was dress all he staff workers were rude nasty faces and following me and my friend.like we are stealing feel Disgusted will never go ever to shop there in my life. Go to the Toreo Forum is better.
