★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great collection, competitive price but custom service needs to be improved ASAP. The representative who was holding my items which I selected after hunt of an hour just lost it !!!! I had to redo it again so yeah not so comfortable experience on that ground.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place was big and looked there were lots of shoes.. However, some of clerks let me wait too much to bring the right size of the products. And even the model she brought was not the one I asked. Really disappointing.. I hope they manage products better... like... finding the sizes that customers require quickly... and I think they don’t need to display all of the models.. it is needed to know if the requirement is in stock or not... When I visit there next time I hope they will find that I want quickly.
