Excelente vocación de servicio para los integrantes de esta empresa. Se encuentra fuera del aeropuerto por lo que sus precios son más accesibles que las arrendadoras convencionales, aparte de que te ahorras filas y ellos mismos pasan por ti al aeropuerto de Cancún

The good: Company picked us up at the airport and also picked the car up there also. They answered the phone and promptly picked up the vehicle. The bad: The car was badly damaged and we walked around the car at the start. At the end, the company wanted us to pay for all of the damage that was done to the car before we got it. Thankfully we had a video of the car from when we picked it up. The guy didn’t even care to look at the video but suddenly remembered that the scratches were there. We had to pay for three days after loading our luggage into the car because the vendor was told we needed it for three days. At that point we felt stuck. There was a 3,000$ peso deductible that we had to pay (this is pretty much standard with any company) and we had to contact the company because it never got returned to us. Although, we did contact them through Facebook and it was returned.
