Realice 1 compra de 2 máquinas, las cuales estas funcionan correctamente, Sin embargo el personal incluyendo el gerente del lugar al solicitar ayuda para la atención técnica fue bastante Pésimo.
1. No cuentan con la Información suficiente de los mismos equipos que venden.(Manuales)
2. Después de la venta les pides ayuda y no la brindan, aparte quieren cobrar la visita cuando aún está en garantía los equipos que se les adquirieron.
3. Equipos muy caros.
NO RECOMIENDO COMPRAR EN ESTE LUGAR, MEJOR EVITAR UNA MALA. EXPERIENCIA CON ESTE NEGOCIO.
recomiendo otro proveedor como Empack que sus precios son mucho más baratos. Personal más amables, más atentos, y hay mucho más disponibilidad.
En definitiva NO RECOMIENDO a INNOVATION PACK.
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I made 1 purchase of 2 machines, which are working properly, However the staff including the site manager when requesting help for technical attention was quite Terrible.
1. They do not have enough information on the same equipment they sell. (Manuals)
2. After the sale you ask them for help and they do not offer it, apart from that they want to charge the visit when the equipment that was acquired is still under warranty.
3. Very expensive equipment.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING IN THIS PLACE, BETTER AVOID A BAD ONE. EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS.
I recommend another provider like Empack because their prices are much cheaper. Friendlier, more attentive staff, and there is much more availability.
In short, I DO NOT RECOMMEND INNOVATION PACK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me llego sin funcionar mi equipo, me lo arreglaron, pero me hicieron pagar todos los fletes, ya que comentan que no es su culpa, si me soluciono el vendedor, pero me hubiera salido mas barato comprar en cualquier otro lugar. 1 estrella por sus políticas CONTRA servicio a cliente.
My equipment arrived without working, they fixed it, but they made me pay all the freight, since they say that it is not their fault, if the seller solved it, but it would have been cheaper to buy anywhere else. 1 star for their policies AGAINST customer service.
