They took forever to attend to me. The girl who treated me was very rude, I understand that there are many people and that you may already be tired of working, it happens to all of us, but that does not mean serving people in a rude way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vine a recoger unos boletos de ticketmaster y me dijeron que ya no son punto de entrega, en su publicidad aún tienen información sobre la entrega de boletos. Deberían mínimo poner un aviso.
I came to pick up some tickets from ticketmaster and they told me that they are no longer a delivery point, in their advertising they still have information about ticket delivery. They should at least put a warning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima atención, ya que siguen sin modificar su sucursal como punto ticketmaster, teniendo el letrero incluso en el mostrador, pusieron su jeta y sólo dijeron que ahí no me van a ayudar porque ya no son punto de entrega y que no es su problema. Ni ganas de comprar nada ahí con esa atención.
Terrible attention, since they still do not modify their branch as a ticketmaster point, having the sign even on the counter, they put their mug and only said that they are not going to help me there because they are no longer a delivery point and that it is not their problem. No desire to buy anything there with that attention.
