★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las personas que atienden aquí tienen pésima actitud, ni si quiera saludan, fui a comprar una playera y de entrada me niegan la talla ? siendo que en línea aparecían disponibles, la del maniquí era la talla que estaba solicitando y se negaron a venderla y mágicamente como vieron que me estaba enojando aparecío en su almacén la talla que buscaba ...osea tenían las que marca su sistema, me imagino que se las estaban apartando a algún amigo revendedor ya que el personal de invictus tiene estás prácticas de negar los productos y solo apartarlos a revendedores, ojalá corporativo se diera cuenta de cómo están afectando su imagen de marca ??? su personal no capacitado para atención al cliente
The people who serve here have a terrible attitude, they don't even say hello, I went to buy a t-shirt and from the outset they denied me the size ? since they were available online, the one on the mannequin was the size I was requesting and they refused to sell it and magically As they saw that I was getting angry, the size I was looking for appeared in their store ... I mean, they had the ones that their system marks, I imagine they were taking them away from a reseller friend since the invictus staff has these practices of denying products and just move them away to resellers, I wish corporate would realize how they are affecting their brand image ??? their staff not trained in customer service
