Durante los últimos 8 meses he acudido 4 veces únicamente para este propósito porque me queda al lado de mi domicilio, sin embargo en ninguna ocasión lo he logrado. El personal de tienda no sabe manejar el sistema, o dicen que el sistema está fallando y que vayamos a otra sucursal.
DO NOT PICK UP YOUR TICKETMASTER TICKETS AT THIS LOCATION. During the last 8 months I have come 4 times solely for this purpose because it is next to my home, however I have never succeeded. The store personnel do not know how to operate the system, or they say that the system is failing and that we go to another branch.
