★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los asesores no tienen ni idea de qué es el servicio al cliente, y ni les interesa vender en absoluto. Muy bonitas las tiendas, pero de qué sirven si no hay ventas, y menos sin que los propios empleados promuevan sus propios productos!!! Ha mejorar!!! URGENTE.
Advisors have no idea what customer service is, and they don't care about selling at all. The stores are very nice, but what good are they if there are no sales, and less so without the employees themselves promoting their own products!!! It has improve!!! URGENT.

It is not very big in the store they lack more variety of backpacks even though they can be ordered online they are friendly they have an assortment and are very comfortable the only thing is that because it is a large store they must give a bag like in innova and the backpack I was looking for if they had it and I am going to come back xotra
