★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen buen servicio al cliente y variedad de productos tanto para hombre como mujer o niños, pero lo que no me agrada mucho es que no tienen control en los lanzamientos de tenis exclusivos o que saben que mucha gente los quiere, creo que podrían ser más organizados para que la venta sea más eficiente, y que si les llamas para preguntarles algo te lo digan sin problema porque me han dicho algunas veces unas cosas que no son ciertas y ellos lo sabían, fuera de eso lo demás no tiene ninguna queja.
They have good customer service and a variety of products for men, women or children, but what I don't like very much is that they have no control over exclusive tennis pitches or that they know that many people want them, I think they could be more organized So that the sale is more efficient, and that if you call them to ask them something they will tell you without problem because they have sometimes told me some things that are not true and they knew it, other than that, they have no complaints.

Bold hours in store and online say 10-10pm and they don't allow you to enter at 8:30, so you won't come back.

Preguntamos por información y nos contestaron de manera muy grosera sin siquiera dar dos palabras de información sobre los servicios en que consisten para estos productos. Pésimo servicio y manera de atender que es cuando más dbeerían de explicar como venderlo
My review is divided because although they treated me very well in the delivery of ticketmaster tickets, my complaint comes from how they treated us in service for tennis, which in itself is one of their main services as a store. We asked for information and they answered us in a very rude way without even giving two words of information about the services that they consist of for these products. Terrible service and way of attending that is when they should most explain how to sell it
