The employees should pay more attention to the products they have in the store, I asked for some tennis shoes that I had seen 24 hours before and they told me that they had never had them on display in that store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ,el tipo que tienen atendiendo en Town Square Metepec ( el de barba),el cual no tiene idea de ventas o en que consiste su trabajo ,un tipo pedante que no tiene ni la más mínima idea en servicio al cliente con sus comentarios absurdos ,ojalá y puedan mejorar el perfil de sus empleados .
Terrible service, the guy they have attending Town Square Metepec (the one with the beard), who has no idea about sales or what his job consists of, a pedantic guy who doesn't have the slightest idea about customer service with his comments absurd, hopefully and can improve the profile of their employees.

Too bad that being in a pet friendly square they deny you entry and they don't even have a sign, already being inside there they make you leave in a very rude way
