We have been asking for over a week now (3 different times) for your company to unlock our domains so that we may transfer them. Each time we are given an excuse why there has not been any progress with our sites in over 5 months. Each time we contact you we are told a manager will contact us in less than 30 minutes. Each time we never get a call, email or text. Your company has breached the contract we paid for and we are seeking a full refund along with the unlock codes to transfer our domains. We are no longer going to deal with an absolute atrocious company. Your company has committed consumer fraud and we are seeking legal action against your company. If we do not get a full refund in the amount paid for the service you did not provide per our contract, and the unlock codes for each domain by December 15, 2021, we will file a suit including punitive damages for each company. We have estimated $175,000 in punitive damages for our first company and $60,000 for our second for the sites not being operational for over 6 months. We have filed with the Better Business Bureau and will be contacting the Attorney General and filing with the Bureau of Internet and Technology. We will not sit quietly while your company continues to scam businesses. We have a breached contract, emails, texts messages, and transcripts that prove this transaction has been consumer fraud.
