★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa emergente en México, creo que le falta mucho para ser buena pero siendo objetivo deberían definir bien los puestos de trabajo y las funciones que cada uno realiza, contratar empleados a los que no les valga el trabajo, cómo consejo deberían mudarse a la ciudad de México, esto porque aquí el trabajo es más difícil de conseguir y por lo mismo la gente lo valora más.
Emerging company in Mexico, I think it has a long way to go to be good but being objective they should define well the jobs and the functions that each one performs, hire employees who are not worth the job, how advice should they move to the city of Mexico, this because here work is more difficult to get and for the same reason people value it more.

Es buena empresa siempre y cuando sigas sus reglas y si no lo haces pues... Eres negativo para la misma, necesitan hacer cambios desde Gerencia hasta operación.
Deberían pensar dos veces en dejar su trabajo por ver oportunidades económicas elevadas.
Labor does not have defined positions for the people who work there.
It is a good company as long as you follow their rules and if you don't, then ... You are negative for it, they need to make changes from Management to operation.
They should think twice about quitting their job because they see high economic opportunities.
