Caro y deficiente, la actitud mala, soberbio, arrogante y grosero el encargado. Y no quedo la falla. LLeve mi lap, porque no encendia, el dia de la entrega trabajo bien, pero al otro dia empezo a apagarse otra vez, la lleve y me menciono la persona encargada, que solo hizo que encendiera, que si tenia un problema con la bateria era asunto aparte, ya le habia mencionado que habia tenido problema con la bateria, por lo cual se me hace ilogico que no haya revisado esa parte, si la llevo a reparar y se encuentran mas fallas pues las dictamino, ya sera problema del cliente si acepta se reparen o no. Hasta sale beneficiado, porque podria cobrar mas. Aparte que se me hizo muy caro el cobro, y sin embargo no cuestione esa parte. En respuesta, jamas me queje del precio porque se que es tu trabajo, se me hizo caro pero se pago y que poca calidad moral tienes al mentir que yo queria que se me cambiara el lapiz por 100 pesos. La critica es constructiva y con tu respuesta solo denotas esa arrogancia que muestras al atender a los clientes. P.d. mis opiniones y los likes me respaldan.

Excelente servicio, rápido y conciso al darme el diagnóstico de mi equipo, he ido muchas veces por el más mínimo problema de mi computadora o cualquier dispositivo y el señor lo resuelve, a mi punto de vista muy profesional, tiene bastante surtida su tienda, he ido a muchísimos lugares de computación y me dicen todo lo contrario a lo que el señor me dice, se nota que sabe cobrar un BUEN servicio, habrá personas que se les hace caro pero perfecto, vayan a otro lugar para que les cobren 50 pesos y les hagan algo que no pidieron.

Al principio me dio confianza por lo profesional que se veía y por su establecimiento, pero al final me di cuenta que tiene una actitud muy arrogante y muy alzada posiblemente es ingeniero pero no por eso se tiene que sentir superior a los demás, al contrario debería ser mas atento y entender que no todos sabemos lo que el sabe y no aprovecharse de eso , una vez lleve un NO-break ya que no me estaba respaldando me cobro el diagnostico y al final dijo que no tenia compostura, hace unas semanas investigue y solo era un cabio de batería y ahorita me esta funcionando bien y eso me hiso dudar ¿Acaso la revisó? y gracias a eso pienso que ni si quiera se molesto en revisarla y solo me cobro el "supuesto diagnostico" . lo que mejoraría es la ACTITUD y que no se aproveche de los demás. lo de los precios solo puedo decir que están muy caros pero cada quien le pone precio a su trabajo y cada quien decide si pagarlo o no
