★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues siento que es una empresa como cualquier otra de reclutamiento siempre va a ver el interés de la empresa no el de la persona, no digo que no se ponga de su lado al final de ahí come pero creo que debería buscar ser equitativo con las dos partes y creo que ofrece muy poco para lo exigentes que son aparte creo que te venden la idea de que te pueden ayudar en tus carencias que puedas tener para desempeñar tu carrera como el aprendizaje de un idioma o otros cursos y al final no es cierto solo buscan el mejor postor para la empresa un poco doble moral me decepcionó
Well I feel that it is a company like any other recruitment will always see the interest of the company not that of the person, I do not say do not get on your side at the end of there eat but I think you should seek to be equitable with both parts and I think it offers very little for the demanding that they are apart I think they sell you the idea that they can help you in your lacks that you may have to perform your career like learning a language or other courses and in the end it is not true only looking for the highest bidder for the company a bit double moral disappointed me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No hay un buen analisis socioeconomico de los estudiantes, se te evalua a traves de un grupo de diversas escuelas y profesiones. Inroads no ayuda a estudiantes con vulnerabilidad sino buscan el mejor perfil para las empresas privadas.
There is not a good socioeconomic analysis of the students, you are evaluated through a group of different schools and professions. Inroads does not help vulnerable students, but rather seek the best profile for private companies.

Ir es hacer una entrevista y si no les convences, te desechan.

Si están por egresar es buena opción para acercarse al mercado laboral, hay que tener paciencia porque la mayoría de quienes entran al training a las empresas al finalizar el año son contratados en la misma. Paciencia y perseverancia: resultados excelentes.

No es una empresa de reclutamiento y hay que estar consciente de ello, su fin es buscar a jóvenes talento de diversas carreras e impulsarlos a ser mejores, explotar sus habilidades y desarrollar el resto, pero siempre con una buena actitud y aspiraciones de superación. Es la mejor experiencia que he tenido y ha marcado mi vida en un buen sentido, las relaciones que creas, tanto laborales como de amistad entre inroades es maravillosa.
It is an excellent support for linking and adapting to the world of work. It is not a recruitment company and you have to be aware of it, its purpose is to look for young talent from different careers and encourage them to be better, exploit their skills and develop the rest, but always with a good attitude and aspirations for improvement. It is the best experience I have had and it has marked my life in a good way, the relationships you create, both work and friendship between inroades is wonderful.
