★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un desarrollador de proyectos residenciales y comerciales con muy poca experiencia y un pésimo servicio al cliente. Entrega sus proyectos tarde, no se preocupa por la calidad de sus entregas (departamentos con olor a drenaje, malos acabados, problemas eléctricos, entre muchos otros). A dos años de dar por terminado el proyecto, siguen trabajando en problemas de garantías pero quieren resolver todo con silicon, resanador y pintura. Los problemas de filtraciones de agua se han presentado en la mayoría de los departamentos. El personal es agresivo (amenazas) y poco ético (condicionan garantías, quieren que el cliente firme documentos dudosos). Mi recomendación es mantenerse alejado de los proyectos de esta empresa.
A residential and commercial project developer with very little experience and lousy customer service. He delivers his projects late, he does not worry about the quality of his deliveries (departments with the smell of drainage, poor finishes, electrical problems, among many others). Two years after finishing the project, they are still working on warranty problems but they want to solve everything with silicone, primer and paint. Water leakage problems have arisen in most departments. The staff is aggressive (threats) and unethical (they condition guarantees, they want the client to sign dubious documents). My recommendation is to stay away from the projects of this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desgraciadamente INSAR no es una empresa responsable. Después de años de negociación no cumplieron con las promesas. Si invierten con ellos no lo hagan sin abogado. En Monterrey tienen una obra detenida y garantías abiertas aun después de 5 años de entrega por una mala ejecución. Las calificaciones que tiene de 5 estrellas son de empleados. Cuidado!
Unfortunately INSAR is not a responsible company. After years of negotiation, they did not keep their promises. If you invest with them, don't do it without a lawyer. In Monterrey they have a work stopped and guarantees open even after 5 years of delivery due to a bad execution. The 5-star ratings are from employees. Watch out!
